Course Objectives

Corporate communications is now fully recognised as a core business discipline. The impact it has on business performance is much bigger than most of us realise. And so, senior executives, in large multinationals, as well as small to medium-sized companies, find themselves trying to cope with new and complex issues in this fast changing area.

This course will make you more familiar with the trends in advertising and the media, provide guidelines on how to handle internal and external communications and teach you how to prepare for Crisis Communication Scenarios.
