EXECUTIVE SEMINAR
In a little over 20 years, the last of the ‘Baby-Boomer’ generation will have retired and turned over the reins of leadership to the X and Y generations born after 1965. This group of millennials includes the ‘Me’ Generation, a global population of young people born after 1980. They are fast-trackers who want to advance quickly and are willing to hop from job to job to get what they desire.
The Me Generation want to be kept informed and they expect dialogue from their superiors. If they don’t get it, they aren’t afraid to leave. This discussion raises the
following questions: Who are they, exactly? What are their expectations? Will they be ready to lead? What do they need to prepare themselves? How can we help them now?
