This session of the Managing Project Teams training course is organized in conjunction with the CRP-HT as part of their Skills Manager program which is aimed at improving the the theory and practice of Project Management in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. The program is composed of several 1 or 2 days courses, each one dedicated to a particular Project Management subject.
