TEAM INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT
COURSE NUMBER: MT-04A -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Course ObjectivesLeaders often recognize the challenge of getting people to change only after implementation has started. The new approach is expected to go in unopposed but when confusion or misunderstandings arise, the project team has to scramble to do some patch up communication – often with poor results. But despite this reality, there is still a bias against investing in team integration activities because they aren’t seen as a prime objective for the new program or project. At the session’s conclusion, participants will have an understanding of the process of change and how they can become a positive force in driving that change by developing their own best practices for developing and implementing changes within their organization.
