YOUR JOB OR YOUR LIFE
COURSE NUMBER: HR-02A EXECUTIVE LIFESTYLE SEMINAR -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Course ObjectivesThis seminar provides the participants with the opportunity to discuss how their work and personal life compete in what has often been called “The Zero-Sum Game” whereby a gain in one area means a loss in the other. A Self-Assessment Test provides each participant with an understanding on how they can gain clarity on what they are really trying to achieve in life. Discussion topics such as The Living and Learning Cycle and Ten Tips for obtaining Work-Life Balance help them to discover how to regain equilibrium and keep work in its place. The exercise on Building a Collaborative Working Culture introduces a paradigm shift from a culture based on individual development to a more collaborative style that allows employees to share critical knowledge and combine skills to innovate and enhance their productivity while also improving the quality of their working life. Discussions on the value of Coaching and methods for Mapping their way to Future Success will be followed by the final Wrap-up Session which provides an opportunity for participants to develop personal goals for use when they return to work.
