Course Objectives:This training combines objective leadership solutions with the practical use of the Balanced Scorecard to manage future growth. The participants will be able to develop an immediate analysis and assessment schedule to allow a BSC implementation within a time period of three months. Course ContentsThe Origins of Balanced Scorecard 4 Perspectives:- Mission, Vision, Objectives – Why and How;
- Missed objectives;
- The balanced way.
The 4 Perspectives:- The 3 dimensions;
- The method.
The 5 Principles:- Analyzing the 5 principles in our daily life;
- Identifying needs and wishes;
- Preparation of Team assignments for day 2.
The Key Performance Indicators:- Finance, Customer, People, Quality standards.
The Value Proposition:- How to determine the key value propositions;
- How to implement and evolve.
The Measures:- Lag and Lead performance measures;
- Using the 4 perspectives;
- What: product or service;
- Developing cause-effect linkages.
The BSC Workshop:- Mapping the strategy;
- Collecting all elements;
- Setting up the schedule;
- Building the scorecards;
- Customer and staff surveys;
- Team presentations and winner selection.
Who should attend: All management and senior professionals directly or indirectly involved in the organization's strategy process definition and execution. Other members of the internal workforce who could become ‘drivers’ within that group. Prerequisites: Good level of the course language and openness to cultural changes.
