Private Coaching Services

September 2008 - TTC has expanded its training services to include “private coaching” in English, French and German for executives and key management staff with special attention to senior executives – partners, directors, CEO’s, etc.

Coaching can provide empowerment and support in a wide variety of ways whether the client is seeking a life-change, increased performance or more focus and vigor in his or her life, a good coach can make all the difference. To provide a high level of success for the participants, our coaching program focuses on two fronts – the individual’s personal career/life aspirations and the direction /input they provide for their organizations.

The initial meeting or ‘chemistry check’ gives the executive and the coach an opportunity to determine if they are a ‘good fit’ for each other. The coaching program (which can be a fixed number of sessions or extended over an indefinite period), provides each individual with feedback, insight and guidance that helps them to achieve full potential in their business or personal life.

Our proven method begins with the coach first encouraging the client to define his or her personal goals and then continues with weekly or monthly sessions (including telephone or conference calls) which help the coachee to map out a personal strategy to stay on track.

Experience indicates that a successful coaching program is a very powerful way for busy executives to balance their numerous work, family and social demands and still have time for leisure and personal activities.

For more information on the above programs or to fix a meeting to discuss either one in detail, please contact us as soon as possible.
