May 2009 - John Frank, MPA, Managing Director of Tower Training & Consulting and Monica Jonsson, L.C.H. Dip., founder of CoachDynamix, will lead an informative dialogue on the importance of executive coaching, in particular in view of today’s challenging economic environment.
The major focus during this two-hour luncheon is to demonstrate how executive coaching can help companies reconcile their need to develop their key people while still managing costs and ensuring a return on investment.
Additional key areas will include a clear description of the executive coaching process, an assessment of the top reasons that executive coaches are engaged as well as that the ROI (Return on Investment) of executive coaching is such that companies nearly always get back six times the coaching investment with a corresponding improvement in productivity, quality and organizational strength while working relationships with direct reports and peers, teamwork skills, job satisfaction and conflict resolution are also noticeably enhanced as a result.
Other members of the panel include Catharina von Proschek, Visavie Coaching, a familiar face in the Luxembourg banking community and Peter Barlock, Tower Training, a senior executive coach and change champion who works together with clients throughout the United States and Europe.
